Crimp terminations can be one of the most reliable and rugged types of connection, but only if crimped correctly. At our factories we carefully follow all the necessary crimping procedures and use only highly skilled production workers. We have a wide range of applicators for our automated crimp machines, such as Molex and JST and we also have many hand crimp tools. This means that we only use the correct tools specified by the crimp manufacturer. All of our tooling is maintained and adjusted regularly and also replaced as necessary to ensure that every single crimp is terminated to the highest standard. To monitor the quality of our crimp terminations, our crimps are checked for pull force using a crimp force analyser, so you can be assured of the reliability of the cables we supply.
Similar attention to detail is carried out for our IDC cable assemblies and again only the correct tooling is used (and regularly maintained and adjusted). We can offer IDC cable assemblies using standard 2.54mm pitch ribbon cable and also 2mm, 1.27mm and 1.0mm cable, for high density connectors. From the simplest of single crimped wires to complex cable looms, we offer a high quality, reliable and economical cable assembly service for all of your crimp and IDC termination cable assembly needs.
